No problem. Spice and Wolf is one of the better anime surprises I've had for quite some time, so I'm always glad to send a fave tag in Horo's direction. (Not to mention that I'm looking forward to FUNi's release AND the second season, hopefully also to be licensed.)

Congrats on the wedding, by the way. (I hope I'm not TOO late with that particular congratulation, since I can't really tell when it took place. ^_^;; )

Hehehe, point taken. :P Honestly, I think it as a case of staring at a piece too long and submitting it as soon as I finished with it, since looking at it this night looks really different from last night. Kinda strange how it works. I'm happy the eyes came out well, they're my favorite part to draw on anyone.

Actually, this whole thing reminds me of this thing I saw on the differences between western and eastern perceptions of emotions. Whereas the Western world tends to focus on the mouth (my whole mini-rant about the lack of a snarl thing), Eastern cultures see expression more clearly through the eyes. (also present in emoticon styles as :D or :(, emphasizing the mouth, vs ^_^, o_0 emphasizing the eyes...) Since I grew up in the states, perhaps I consciously think about the mouth, but my family is Asian, I subconsciously look to the eyes? I'm overthinking again. =P

And yeah... bad boys and sexiness just go together. X3 (though honestly I don't find Touzoku-ou Bakura all that pretty. Not compared to Yami Bakura anyway. Rawr. >D)
