I live on the Arkansas/Oklahoma border. We had "gust-nados" and tornadoes here. A tree fell on our fence and crushed the remainder of our
shed. No worries, at least we've got firewood now.
On a more serious note, I'm trying to stay positive about it even though there
had been a few deaths... one close to where I live. A girl and her brother were
sleeping in their room; the girl on one side and the boy on the opposite wall. A
tree crashed through their house and killed her, while her brother was left
unscathed. Its very sad. I'm just glad that everyone is alright and the house is
in one piece. Oklahoma and Arkansas recently have really been hit recently with
some nasty weather. I hope it quits soon.
Indeed. Real life does get in the way of things... real life usually hurts alot
more.
Especially when things don't do your way, you can't just hit a "reset"
button or load from your most previous save point.
I want it be active here, I just don't know what to do. Like I've explained to
many of my other groups, I won't be here for awhile... we had a tornado that

have limited access, but I'd like to try to keep the group alive if

I haven't been chatting lately since my computer got fried over the weekend. We
had a tornado and it did damage outside and inside the house, so I'll not be
here for a few days (or if I am, I'll probably not be too verbose). Sorry for not being more active at the moment, but you're always welcome to
chat here. I'll try to talk more later. ^^
Lasagna... ricotta cheese and I don't get along. I get pretty sick when I eat
the stuff, but when I was a kid I could eat a ton of it and was fine. I have not
a clue why I get sick now, especially since I'm a cheese-a-holic. I loved creamed peas as a kid and I still do... that and macaroni &
cheese are my two favorite comfort foods. ^^

any new members. I'm really glad you've been active since you joined, many of
our members go quiet after a week and its kinda sad. I really do enjoy talking

GTA 4 looks pretty good. On Playstation 3, Heavenly Sword looked pretty awesome.
Everything is so good with it, but being broke for awhile has pretty much left
me to think I'll just never get one. I think if it ever comes down in price (and
I have money) I might get it now that I think about it. Oh, text only
counterstrike... it was just so funny when I saw the cartoon. ^^ That'd take RP
to a new level... a more imaginative and creative level of pwning people before
they know what hit them... I couldn't help from sharing.
The thing is...I have problems with my mother here...I declare myself as
nonreligious, as I feel that I can be a good person without religion...but my
mom won't just take it...she insisted that a person must have religion to be
good...
It's just annoying...
I don't know what kind of a person your mother is, but I'm sure that she means
well in the grand scheme of things. I think you can be a good person without
religion. My brother is kind of in the same situation... mom is so upset that
he's not a believer like us. He is a decent person and tries to tell her that he
doesn't have to have religion (or at least ours) to be happy or a good person.
Mom is mostly upset because how we believe - our faith tells us that if you
don't believe in God, you don't get to heaven. That's what mom wants is for her
family to be with her in the afterlife and since we believe that way, she feels
hurt. Does that make sense? She means well and in her point of view and through
her beliefs, her son is condemning himself to hell. I wonder if your mom feels
like that towards you.

My younger brother hates organized religion. That's been a conflict in my
immediate family. My parents can't stand it. He believes its corrupted by the
leaders and the followers. I suppose I don't mind... I pretty much agree with
how he feels about the world and religion, but he hates the mass
"worship" and all it entails.

I didn't know the pope had said anything. I thought it was weird the other day
when I was told the pope didn't eat in front of others... like he thinks he's a
higher power or something. I'm not Catholic, so I don't really care much about
or for the pope. I also personally get really peeved when people think that when
one religious figurehead says something rude to others of a different faith,
they think everyone thinks the same way. Its way too common when big-wig
religious figures say crap like that. You'd think if he was chosen by God to lead in some fashion,
he'd have more tact in what he says to who... not to say that he wasn't chosen
by God... just that he needs more tact when speaking to others.
The movie sounds pretty interesting to me, I think I would like to watch that
movie... see what he has to say. ^^
In my opinion, I've always thought that the sudden development of life, our
perfect orbit, the moon with our perfect tides, the fact that we are intelligent
life forms, the fact of gravity and how it works to balance out our existance,
the existance of all the elements in their specific mollecular structures and
their unique qualities necessicery for life, DNA and its complexity, the fact
that the sun's distance away from us is near perfect and it controls our seasons
and weather patterns with its lack or surplus of sunspots, the awesome
electromagnetic field that protects us from the solar radiation, the atmosphere
being able to sustain life, ...etc. To me, if we're a fluke... if we're here by
accident... if we're here by random... then, wow... I'm really lucky to be here
and now and to have been borne into existance in a random act of scientific
improbability from the primordial sludge on this ethereal plane we call earth.
Everyone has been notified in their guestbook pages. I hope everyone will
respond. I did find out that many of our earliest members have forgotten MT or
have left it behind... as some haven't been around for over a year.
Either way I hope everyone will respond to the announcement and we become

Hello everyone. Sorry I've been gone for sometime... I've been out wth friends
for the past 2 weeks and have been looking for a place to get married. ^^ I
think we found something, hopefully it'll be nice there.

awkward with them frantically trying to find you a boyfriend now that you have a
girlfriend. Its a little funny too. ^^ As long as you're happy, that's what
matters the most.
My fiance's parents had thought for the longest time that he was homosexual
because he'd never had a girlfriend before. They even tried to get him a girl
prostitute... how awful. My fiance refused... and was was so disgusted with his
dad... he couldn't even talk to him for the longest time. When he told me that
his dad tried to do that to him, I was so mad at his dad. This had happened when
he was in high school. Anyways, his parents were so surprised when he brought me
over to meet them. It was like, OMG... he's got a girlfriend. I was so mad with them... I mean, even if he had liked men
over women... its their son and they should love him anyways and not force him
to do something he didn't want to.
After all of that, I am glad he chose me. ^^ He makes me so happy.
The wedding is supposed to be in fall, preferibly in October. We're flexible
though and we actually found (I think) THE place... which is on top of the
highest mountain here. ^^ Its sooo pretty in the fall and I just hope it doesn't
rain or is too windy then. I'm excited, but so overwhelmed too. Fall is the
theme, chocolate browns, sunflower/yellow, dark oranges and deep reds... fall
colors in general.. nothing too flashy. I think it'd all blend with the scenery
quite well. At least, that's the plan. Also,
the flowers would be fall in color... and simple/inexpensive. I think we can
pull it off. ^^

I've only got a Wii and access to a 360... I don't know if I'll ever buy a Playstation 3. It looks completely awesome, but I doubt I'll buy it.
